[CHANGE / PAYMENT] Where do I get a refund?

You can return the product ordered and refund within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Product requirements:

The returned product must be in its original state with the original tag and packaging of the product. Please send your order and receipt to Solgar Vietnam. Please note product packaging carefully. Solgar Vietnam advises you to choose a reputable shipping company to avoid any possible risks.

Please note that shipping costs will be borne by you unless the goods are damaged due to Solgar Vietnam's fault.

Solgar Vietnam will refund you when we receive your product.

Some restrictions apply to the exchange or reimbursement of certain items, including: products that are in the promotion period or are not exchanged or paid for.

Currently, Solgar Vietnam offers free national delivery for all orders placed at https://solgarvietnam.com.vn/

[DELIVERY] How long will Solgar Vietnam ship?

After confirming the order and receiving the transfer fee, Solgar Vietnam will deliver the order to you at the address provided.

For customers using COD collection services, please pay bills to the delivery staff when receiving the goods.

For order in Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City: delivery time is 1-2 days.

Orders outside the province: delivery time is 2-3 days.

* Delivery time is from the time your order is confirmed (not including Saturday, Sunday, holidays).

2. Add product to cart

Once you have found the desired product, please click on the image or product name to go to the product details page, then:

   - Check product information, prices, promotions
   - Select the desired quantity by clicking and changing in the quantity box
   - Add products to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" icon.
   - To place different products in the same order, please follow these steps:

Choose "Continue shopping" or click on the Solgar logo to return to the home page

After you have completed your purchase, please:
