Delivery Policy

After confirming orders and receiving money transfer, we will deliver products to the address that you have provided.

For customers using service COD, Please kindly pay your bills for the delivery staff when receiving products.

Note: Customers who refuse to receive products must pay for the delivery fee if the reason is not reasonable.

Delivery time:

• Usually, customers can receive products within a day for Hanoi customers and in 2 days for other provinces.
• Delivery time calculated from the time your order is confirmed (excluding the Saturday and Sunday).
