[CHANGE/ RETURN] Where can I get goods?

You can redeem your order within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

If you receive a product of Solgar Vietnam as a gift, you can also change to another product of equal or greater value within seven (7) days of receipt. The buyer, buyer or buyer must pay the difference between the two products.

Product requirements when barter:

The returned product must be in its original state with the original tag and packaging of the product. Please send your order and receipt to Solgar Vietnam. Please note product packaging carefully. Solgar Vietnam advises you to choose a reputable shipping company to avoid any possible risks.

Please note that shipping costs will be borne by you unless the goods are damaged due to Solgar Vietnam's fault.

Some restrictions apply to bartering, including: products that are in the promotion period or products that are not bartered.
