[CHANGE / PAYMENT] Where do I get a refund?

You can return the product ordered and refund within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Product requirements:

The returned product must be in its original state with the original tag and packaging of the product. Please send your order and receipt to Solgar Vietnam. Please note product packaging carefully. Solgar Vietnam advises you to choose a reputable shipping company to avoid any possible risks.

Please note that shipping costs will be borne by you unless the goods are damaged due to Solgar Vietnam's fault.

Solgar Vietnam will refund you when we receive your product.

Some restrictions apply to the exchange or reimbursement of certain items, including: products that are in the promotion period or are not exchanged or paid for.
